How billing works

Four steps, start to settled.

Step 1

Scope

We agree the scope and the price — hourly or a fixed package — before any work starts.

Step 2

Deposit

Larger projects open with a deposit. Smaller jobs are billed on delivery.

Step 3

Build

I do the work and keep you updated. Hourly work is logged as I go.

Step 4

Settle

One invoice, with any deposit already deducted.

Ways to pay

Six ways, whichever suits you.

InstantCardVisa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay, handled by Stripe’s own checkout.
InstantPayPalInvoice or payment link sent straight to your email.
1–2 daysWiseGood rates for international transfers. Ideal if we’re in different currencies.
Same dayRevolutUsually the fastest to clear if you already use it.
1–3 daysBank transferStandard SEPA or international transfer. Details come with the invoice.
VariesCryptoAccepted for international work. We agree the network and rate up front.

Your card details never touch this site. Card payments open Stripe’s own hosted checkout, so the card number goes to Stripe and never to me or to mxtei.com. Every other method is settled on your bank’s or provider’s own page. There is no form on this site that asks for card details, and there never will be.
